"Best Chinese I've had in a long time! They were quick, affordable, and most importantly, the food was delicious. We got the pork fried wontons, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and General Tso's Chicken. Everything was great, but I was particularly impressed by the sweet and sour pork. We recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant. I'm happy to say the search is over."

"I've eaten at several Chinese food restaurants in Providence and this is the one I like the best. Cheng's Kitchen most reminds me of the yummy Chinese food I've had in New York. Prices are comparable to other Chinese food spots. I highly recommend!"

"This place was great for our quick take-out meal. There's no place for eating here, it's intended to be take-out or delivery only. I did not see a restroom. Parking is shared with other businesses in a small strip mall, and there was plenty available when I went there at 9 PM. The menu had a wide array of options. All the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The owner was pleasant, but very focused on taking the order and getting the cost calculated quickly. There was a 4% surcharge because I paid by card. I liked it there and will likely order from them again."

"Solid spot. Not the best but good enough. I didn’t like the fried wontons and anything that has breading (chicken finger, shrimp) - Something was off with the breading so I’ll skip all this next time. But other than that, rice was good, lo-mein was good and not too greasy, and I actually loved the egg rolls. Sesame chicken was good too. I got delivery and it was straightforward good service."

"Best Chinese take out in the whole providence area. Wonton soup is happiness in a bowl and our go-to comfort food when we are sick! General Tso’s is addicting. Very reasonable pricing and generous servings...I can never finish in one sitting! It is one of the cleanest kitchens I’ve seen, and owned by some of the nicest people <3"

"I have been getting food from Cheng's for close to 20 years now. What really makes them stand out to me more than not only other chinese restaurants, but just restaurants in general is consistency. You will have the same service and the food will be fresh and taste well every time you go. I've never had a time where something I ordered on the menu tasted differently than a previous time I've had it and/or tasted bad. Which will usually happen at least once when you go to a restaurant for 20 years. But not Cheng's, the food is always great!"

"This is a nice place to get a delicious meal. The staff is beyond friendly and bends over backwards to make your order perfect.
